Controls Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Requires:
Construction field experience in controls, electrical or mechanical field. Education in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or equivalent. Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent Carrier West to customers and other outside contacts. PC experience required.
Responsibilities: Assistant Project Manager (APM) will receive all direction from the Project Manager and work closely with the Sales Engineer, Project Coordinator and Project Engineer to assure all projects assigned are completed according to the project documents, budget and schedule. The APM will be responsible for understanding and knowing every aspect of all project documents for each project assigned. The APM will be responsible for managing most field-related issues for multiple projects and all manpower efforts to complete each project. The APM will be responsible for performance of all the Control Technicians on jobs assigned.

Controls Start Up Technician
Requires:
Minimum four years mechanical or electrical/electronic technology related experience preferred.  Minimum 3 years experience in Controls Installation and system start-up or 3 years experience in Commercial Controls Service.  Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry to include focus on heating and ventilating air conditioning systems.  Experience with open protocol systems such as Tridium and Carrier Open is desirable.  Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.  Strong personal computer skills with 3rd party software.
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, responsible for static (stand alone) and dynamic (total building interactive network) programming, commissioning and troubleshooting building control and Facility Management Systems per engineered drawings, sequences and BOM while ensuring customer satisfaction. The CST performs all work with knowledge of the available resources to complete the project with-in expected company financial requirements.

Non-CDL Delivery Driver
Requires: Valid Driver License, Clean M.V.R. / Good Driving Record, ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and random screenings, ability to pass a background check, good attitude & work ethic, good communication skills with the ability to speak, read and write English, knowledge of Fort Collins and surrounding areas, must be flexible, adaptable with the ability to navigate & safely drive in adverse winter weather conditions, must have at least one year driving experience as a Delivery Driver, must have at least one year of warehouse experience and forklift experience as you will be loading and unloading your truck,  Ability to drive a 26 Foot Non-CDL Box Truck.

Summer/Seasonal Warehouse
Requires:
Minimum 1-year warehouse operations, forklift operations certificate, basic computer skills

Parts Counter
Requires: Customer Service and Sales Skills.  Assist customer at the counter and answer in-bound calls for technical questions, price and availability.  HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Technical Support Technician III
Requires:  Applicant should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.  Also technical training, vocational school or apprenticeship for the HVAC industry.  Five years in the industry is a minimum requirement.  Basic set of tools for the trade are required to start.  Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office products needed.  Good Customer Relations is a must for this position.
